CANCELLATION POLICY

At Certified Blonde, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, with time thoughtfully prepared in advance. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any changes. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 25% service fee. Cancellations within 24 hours, or missed appointments, will be charged in full.
